Food acts as a fuel for our body and if you consume more fuel than necessary then you will definitely gain weight. <p>1. Make exercises like swimming, cycling, jogging or walking as part of your life. Follow it every day and make sure that you spend some time on it. Make it a part of your life and no matter what happens you should not skip it.</p>
<p>2. If you get bored of doing exercises alone then find a friend to accompany you. Try to go in a park for walk or try the outdoors. If this doesn’t help then try different exercises on different days, this will keep you busy and you won’t get bored.</p>
<p>3. Try to avoid smoking as much as possible. Chances are that if you smoke you won’t lose weight and if you do lose weight you will not be able to maintain it.</p>
<p>4. Get up early and do your exercises in morning.</p>
<p>5. Don’t weigh yourself every day; this will put you in a doubt. Weight loss does not happen in a day or two. It requires a couple of weeks.</p>
<p>6. Keep a strong focus and be determinant in losing weight. The more willing you are the more interest you will take in losing weight. Don’t give up at all; it takes time so you need to have patience.</p>
<p>7. Don’t try to look for shortcuts; you will see a lot of ads on TV claiming to lose weight. Don’t fall for them always stick to a good and healthy plan. Ask people to give you honest suggestions about the schedule that is effective.</p>
<p>8. Have faith in your body and use healthier food. Don’t go for any un-natural steroids or other nutrition’s. Eat healthy food and take fewer amounts of sugar and fat.</p>
<p>9. Avoid junk food as much as possible and cook your own food. Use healthy vegetables and meat, this way you know what you are eating.</p>
<p>10. Build your body muscle and maintain it, weigh your body once a week and it will give you a good idea about the amount of weight you are losing. Even if you are not losing any don’t get frustrated, give it more time and then look for results.</p>
<p>Another thing to remember is that weight loss is a tricky business and it can take well over a month to be effective. There can be times in which a particular exercise shows result for one person but for others. It’s not working. Don’t get panic in this situation as every person has a different body structure and it can take different amount of time for people. Keep yourself focus, maintain your schedule and follow it with consistency. Try not to skip your work out sessions.</p>

Maintaining a healthy and well shaped body is a dream for every person and it can be achieved without much trouble. There are two ways through which you can control your weight, the first one is to control your diet and the second is through exercise. In order to exercise you need time and there is a chance that you won’t have it.</p>
<p>Making time can be done through a change in your sleeping habits. But the question is how to change your sleeping habits? In the beginning it will seem very difficult to change your sleeping times but eventually you will get used to it. Here are some tips to change them.</p>
<p>1. Try to sleep early. If you are used to sleeping at 10 then just change your time and go to bed at 9.<br />
2. Try to spend less time watching TV.<br />
3. Get up early.</p>
<p>This way you can give yourself a couple of hours which you can use for exercising. If you make a habit of getting up early and exercising every morning, you can lose weight in a very short time. Just spend 30-40 minutes every morning on running and other basic exercises. If you bring in consistency in getting up early and exercising you will be able to lose weight without any trouble.</p>
<p>The next thing to do is to have a control on your diet; no one is asking you to eat less, just eat healthy food. This way your body will always remain in shape and you can have enough amount of energy to spend when it comes to exercising. If you eat healthy you will be able to remain healthy. The next thing to budget your time, you have to select a number of exercises that you have to do every morning. You can start with some basic exercises like crunches or use an exercising machine. If you don’t want to do that then the best thing is to go out for running. This is something that many like to do, the fresh air in the morning have an additional affect on your health. You feel healthier and will always remain in good shape.</p>
<p>In the end the only thing that can make you get up early is your will. If you have decided that you will get up early than you will. No one can make you go to sleep early; determination is a key over here. With a good determination, healthy food, exercise and consistency in doing it will help you lose your weight in just a couple of weeks. You can always ask a friend of yours to help you out or you can ask professional trainer to make you a schedule that you have to follow. Always eat in small amount and don’t eat a lot, this will increase the amount of calories in your body and your exercise will have little effect.</p>

Weight loss helps to be fit and healthy and also increases resistance power. Obesity is a health disorder and may cause heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Obese people’s cholesterol level tends to shoot up. It occurs when the accumulation of body fat exceeds a limit of 25% in men and over 32% in women. One out of three Americans possess extra body fat and study shows that almost 20% of them suffer from obesity.</p>
<p>If you have obese disorder you will notice breathing becomes a difficulty. The heart finds the process of pumping blood strenuous. Blood pressure increases and also the heart become larger. When the cholesterol levels shoots up, it causes depositing of plaque narrowing the arteries and increases the blood pressure even more. This is a risking factor that can lead to heart attacks. According to the New England Journal of Medicine, body fat reduction is more effective than any drug therapy as cardiac structure modulator.</p>
<p>Nearly 25% of problems related to the heart and the related vessels are caused due to obesity. Clinically it is proven that cancer and body fat are inter-related. Fat are considered as the storage areas of carcinogens which are the cancer causing chemicals. This may occur in women as well as men. Obesity disturbs the hormonal balance and messes up production of insulin and absorption of blood sugar. The excess amount of sugar present in the blood is transformed into fat globules. All this leads to diabetes and diseases related to the gall bladder, intestines, osteoarthritis, and stroke. On an average, people tend to gain one pound each year after 25 years of age. By the age of 50 you would have gained 25 pounds. This slows down metabolic rate and causes fatigue. At the same time, if you don’t exercise you will gain more weight which is risky. Many birth control pills have been known to cause fluid retention, swelling and as a result weight gain.  Also having psychological disorders can cause you to eating frenzies, which can lead to increased weight.  In many documented cases of manic depression, it is possible to gain extra weight that you are not able to lose until you receive psychological treatment.</p>
<p>However, one thing that you should watch out for is the blood sugar imbalance, which can be caused by eating too much refined sugar.  You do not need to have a disease to have a blood sugar imbalance, as anyone who eats too much sugar can experience this.  For example when you eat a Mars bar when you are hungry, then excess insulin may be produced which can cause you to crave for more foods and sweets.  The body will react to starvation and to input of carbohydrates by storing the sugar for future use and thereby causing more lowered blood sugar levels and more eating frenzy.</p>
<p>Thus as it can be seen, you will need to be careful and analyze the reasons carefully for your sudden weight gain.  Many times, you will not be able to lose the weight you gained, until you receive some sort of medical treatment.  If you are suffering from a medical disorder, you will need to be treated first before you can start a weight loss program.</p>
